  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add the crumbled feta cheese and softened cream cheese to a food processor.
  2. Blend until combined and smooth.
  3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until the mixture becomes creamy and fluffy.
  4. Add black pepper and blend briefly to incorporate.
  5. Spread the whipped feta into a shallow serving bowl.

  8. Sprinkle fresh thyme leaves if using.
