  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar

Instructions

  1. Lightly smash the cucumbers with the side of a knife, then slice into thick pieces and place in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, minced garlic, and red chili flakes until combined.
