  • ½ cup marinara sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup sliced pepperoni
  • ¼ cup diced bell peppers
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • A small pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F or set the air fryer to 350°F.
  2. Spread the cottage cheese evenly into an oven safe bowl to create the base layer.
  3. Spoon marinara sauce evenly over the cottage cheese.
