Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup fresh mixed berries (strawberries and raspberries)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup

  • 4 thin lemon slices

Instructions

  1. Chill two tall serving glasses in the freezer for 5 minutes.
  2. In a small bowl, add the fresh mixed berries and 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or simple syrup. Gently mash to release their juices without fully pureeing.

  4. Fill the chilled glasses with 1 cup of ice cubes divided evenly.
  5. Spoon the berry and lemon mixture evenly into each glass over the ice.
  6. Slowly pour the chilled sparkling water over the berry mixture in each glass.
  7. Add thin lemon slices for garnish and gently stir once to combine.
  8. Serve immediately while bubbly and refreshing.

  • Use ripe berries for maximum natural sweetness.
  • Add sparkling water just before serving to maintain fizz.
  • Taste the berry base before adding sparkling water and adjust sweetness if needed.
  • The berry lemon base can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours before serving.
