A rich and indulgent single serve fudgy brownie with a crackly top and dense, gooey center. Perfect for satisfying a chocolate craving in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
  • 1 pinch salt
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and lightly grease a small ramekin.
  2. In a small bowl mix melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Stir in cocoa powder, flour, and salt until combined.
  4. Add vanilla extract and milk, mixing gently until the batter is smooth.
  5. Fold in chocolate chips.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared ramekin and smooth the top.
  7. Sprinkle a few extra chocolate chips on top if desired.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the edges are set and the center looks slightly soft.
  9. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before serving.
