  • 4 large vegetable samosas, cooked and warmed
  • 1 cup plain yogurt, whisked until smooth
  • 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
  • 1/4 cup green chutney
  • 1/3 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomatoes, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup sev
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and warm the samosas for 8 to 10 minutes until hot and crisp.
  2. Whisk the plain yogurt in a bowl until smooth and stir in the salt.
  3. Break the warm samosas into large bite sized pieces and divide them into serving bowls.
  4. Spoon the whisked yogurt generously over the samosa pieces.
  5. Drizzle tamarind chutney and green chutney evenly over the yogurt layer.
  6. Sprinkle chopped red onion and diced tomatoes across the top.
  7. Add sev, chopped cilantro, chaat masala, and red chili powder if using.
  8. Serve immediately while the samosas are still warm and the toppings are fresh.
