  • 6 black garlic cloves, mashed into a paste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine mashed black garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, honey, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Add chicken breast strips to the bowl and toss until evenly coated with the glaze.
  4. Arrange the coated chicken strips in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until fully cooked and lightly caramelized at the edges.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 5 minutes.
