  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup strawberries, sliced
  • 2 medium kiwi, peeled and sliced

  • 1 cup mango, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until lightly golden and crisp.
  2. Stir the softened cream cheese until smooth and spreadable.
  3. Spread an even layer of cream cheese over each slice of toast.
