Bright and colorful rainbow fruit skewers made with fresh strawberries, pineapple, grapes, and blueberries. A fun, naturally sweet snack perfect for parties, lunchboxes, and healthy treats.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup green grapes, whole
  • 1 cup blueberries, whole
  • 1 cup purple grapes, whole
  • 8 wooden skewers (8 inch)

Instructions

  1. Wash all fruit thoroughly under cool water and pat dry with paper towels.
  2. Hull and halve the strawberries. Cut pineapple into evenly sized bite-sized chunks if not pre-cut.
  3. Lay out the wooden skewers on a clean surface.
  4. Thread fruit onto each skewer in rainbow order: strawberry, pineapple, green grape, blueberry, and purple grape.
  5. Repeat the pattern if space allows, keeping pieces snug but not overcrowded.
  6. Arrange finished skewers neatly on a serving plate.
  7. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to enjoy.
