  • 12 ounces dark chocolate, chopped (at least 70% cocoa)
  • 2 teaspoons pink peppercorns, lightly crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl.
  3. Set the bowl over a saucepan of gently simmering water, ensuring the bottom does not touch the water.
  4. Stir gently until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
  5. Remove from heat and let cool slightly for 1 to 2 minutes while stirring.
  6. Spoon small rounds of melted chocolate onto the parchment paper, about 2 inches wide.
  7. Sprinkle lightly crushed pink peppercorns and flaky sea salt evenly over each disk while the chocolate is still soft.
  8. Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes or refrigerate for 10 minutes until firm.
  9. Peel from parchment and serve.
