Pink Chocolate Strawberry Bark
Creamy pink white chocolate bark topped with fresh strawberry slices and a delicate white chocolate drizzle. This no bake treat is sweet, fruity, and perfectly snappy when broken into pieces.

- 12 ounces white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon strawberry powder or a few drops natural pink food coloring
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons melted white chocolate, for drizzle
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 20 second intervals, stirring between each interval until completely smooth.
- Stir in the strawberry powder or natural pink food coloring until evenly combined and the chocolate turns pink.
- Pour the melted pink chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- Arrange the thinly sliced fresh strawberries evenly over the surface and gently press them into the chocolate.
- Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of melted white chocolate over the top for decoration.
- Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until fully set and firm.
- Once hardened, lift from the parchment paper and break into rustic pieces before serving.
Notes
- Pat the strawberries completely dry before placing them on the chocolate to prevent excess moisture.
- Do not overheat the chocolate, melt it gently to keep it smooth and glossy.
- Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container with parchment between layers.
