Creamy pink white chocolate bark topped with fresh strawberry slices and a delicate white chocolate drizzle. This no bake treat is sweet, fruity, and perfectly snappy when broken into pieces.

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon strawberry powder or a few drops natural pink food coloring
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons melted white chocolate, for drizzle

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl in 20 second intervals, stirring between each interval until completely smooth.
  3. Stir in the strawberry powder or natural pink food coloring until evenly combined and the chocolate turns pink.
  4. Pour the melted pink chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
  5. Arrange the thinly sliced fresh strawberries evenly over the surface and gently press them into the chocolate.
  6. Drizzle the 2 tablespoons of melted white chocolate over the top for decoration.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes or until fully set and firm.
  8. Once hardened, lift from the parchment paper and break into rustic pieces before serving.

Notes

  • Pat the strawberries completely dry before placing them on the chocolate to prevent excess moisture.
  • Do not overheat the chocolate, melt it gently to keep it smooth and glossy.
  • Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container with parchment between layers.
