Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh pineapple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add chopped pineapple, chopped fresh ginger, lemon juice, water, and honey if using into a high speed blender.
  2. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a bowl or measuring cup to remove pulp if a smoother texture is desired.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon juice if needed.
  5. Pour into small glass bottles or shot glasses.
  6. Serve immediately chilled or refrigerate until ready to drink.

  • Use ripe fresh pineapple for the best natural sweetness.
  • Strain for a smoother shot or leave unstrained for extra fiber.
