Fresh and creamy Peach Yogurt Cups layered with thick Greek yogurt, juicy diced peaches, and crunchy granola. Perfect for breakfast, brunch, or a light dessert, these easy layered yogurt cups are wholesome, refreshing, and ready in minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (480 g) Greek yogurt
  • 2 large fresh peaches (about 300 g), diced
  • 1 cup (100 g) granola
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and evenly sweetened.
  2. Place 4 clear glass cups on a flat surface for easy assembly.
  3. Add a spoonful of the yogurt mixture to the bottom of each cup.
  4. Add a layer of diced peaches over the yogurt.
  5. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the peaches.
  6. Repeat the layers of yogurt, peaches, and granola until the cups are filled.
  7. Top with a few extra peach pieces and a light drizzle of honey if desired.
  8. Serve immediately or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  • Taste the peaches first and adjust honey if they are very sweet.
  • Use thick Greek yogurt for best layered texture.
  • Store assembled cups without granola for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator.
