  • 1 cup plain yogurt, thick and chilled
  • 2 tablespoons green chutney
  • 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
  • 1/2 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup tomato, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup sev
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder (optional)
  • A small pinch salt (if needed)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Mix in chaat masala and a small pinch of salt if needed.
  2. Spread the potato chips evenly in a large serving bowl.
  3. Sprinkle finely chopped onion and tomato evenly over the chips.
  4. Drizzle the seasoned yogurt generously over the layered chips.
  5. Spoon green chutney and tamarind chutney evenly across the top.
  6. Sprinkle sev and chopped cilantro over everything.
  7. Add red chili powder if using.
  8. Serve immediately while the chips are still crisp.

  • Assemble just before serving to keep the chips crunchy.
