Creamy and thick chia pudding inspired by Kim Kardashian’s viral breakfast routine. Made with almond milk, chia seeds, honey, and topped with fresh berries and coconut flakes for a refreshing, healthy start to the day.

Ingredients

  • 60 grams chia seeds
  • 400 milliliters almond milk
  • 30 grams honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 100 grams mixed berries
  • 20 grams coconut flakes

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, honey, and vanilla extract.
  2. Stir well and let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  3. Pour mixture into glass jars or containers.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight until thickened.
  5. Top with mixed berries and coconut flakes before serving.
  6. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Stir twice in the first 10 minutes to avoid clumping.
  • Best texture develops after overnight chilling.
