  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed and torn
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon honey (optional)
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Ensure the watermelon is well chilled before starting.
  2. Add the chilled watermelon cubes to a large mixing bowl.
  3. Gently add the torn fresh mint leaves to the bowl.
  4. Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese over the watermelon and mint.
  5. Drizzle fresh lime juice evenly over the salad. Add honey if using.
  6. Add a small pinch of sea salt to enhance the flavors.
