- 1/2 cup tamarind pulp, seedless
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 cups cold water
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice (optional)
- 1 to 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 to 4 lemon slices for garnish
- Mix tamarind pulp with warm water and mash until softened.
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a pitcher.
