Hot Honey Halloumi Wrap
A warm wrap filled with golden grilled halloumi, crisp fresh vegetables, and a drizzle of sweet and spicy hot honey, toasted to perfection for a handheld flavor-packed meal.

- 250 grams halloumi cheese, sliced ½ cm thick
- 4 large tortillas
- ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 medium tomato, thinly sliced
- ½ medium cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Instructions
- Heat a grill pan over medium heat.
- Slice halloumi, tomato, and cucumber evenly.
- Brush halloumi with olive oil and grill each side for 2–3 minutes until golden.
- Lay a tortilla flat, place lettuce, grilled halloumi, tomato, cucumber, and sprinkle red pepper flakes. Drizzle honey over the filling.
- Fold the tortilla tightly over the filling and press lightly in the pan for 1–2 minutes to warm through and seal edges.
- Slice in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- Use medium heat to avoid burning halloumi.
- Add honey just before serving to prevent soggy wraps.
- Slice vegetables uniformly for even layering.
- Press wrap lightly while cooking for even warming.
