A fresh and satisfying crunch wrap filled with grilled chicken, crisp romaine, cucumber, shredded carrots, creamy avocado, and a vibrant green goddess yogurt sauce, all toasted inside a whole wheat tortilla until golden and crisp.

  • 4 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 large avocado, sliced
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh basil, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, parsley, basil, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper until smooth and creamy to create the green goddess sauce.
  3. Lay a tortilla flat on a clean surface.
  4. Layer sliced grilled chicken in the center, followed by romaine lettuce, cucumber, shredded carrots, avocado slices, and a generous spoonful of green goddess sauce.
  5. Fold the edges of the tortilla inward to create a sealed wrap.
  6. Place seam side down in the heated skillet and cook for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
  7. Remove from heat and let rest for 2 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Pat vegetables dry to prevent sogginess.
  • Cook seam side down first to help seal the wrap.
  • Use medium heat to avoid burning the tortilla.
  • Store leftover filling separately and assemble fresh for best texture.
