Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups green grapes, washed and dried
  • 2 cups red grapes, washed and dried
  • 1 cup whole almonds
  • 1 cup walnut halves
  • 1 cup whole cashews
  • 8 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced or cubed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese
  • 1 box whole grain crackers (about 8 ounces)
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 cup plain yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry the green and red grapes.
  2. Slice or cube the cheddar cheese if not pre-cut.
  3. Place a large wooden board on a clean surface.
  4. Set small bowls on the board for honey and plain yogurt.
  5. Arrange the brie and cheddar on the board first as anchor points.
  6. Add clusters of green and red grapes around the cheeses.
  7. Fill open spaces with small piles of almonds, walnuts, and cashews.
  8. Arrange whole grain crackers along the edges or in neat rows.
  9. Pour honey into its bowl and place yogurt in its bowl if using.
  10. Adjust spacing for balance and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Allow cheese to sit at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes before serving for best flavor.
  • Keep crackers separate until serving if preparing ahead.
  • Store leftovers separately in airtight containers.
  • Feel free to swap cheeses or nuts based on preference.
