A creamy and comforting gluten free chicken divan made with tender chicken, vibrant broccoli, and a rich cheesy sauce baked until golden and bubbly. Perfect for cozy family dinners and easy meal prep.

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) gluten free cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly grease a 9×13 inch casserole dish with olive oil.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together gluten free cream of chicken soup, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Spread lightly steamed broccoli evenly across the bottom of the prepared casserole dish.
  4. Layer diced cooked chicken over the broccoli.
  5. Pour the creamy mixture evenly over the chicken and broccoli.
  6. Sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese evenly over the top.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until hot and bubbly around the edges.
  8. Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheddar on top and return to the oven for 5 minutes until melted and lightly golden.
  9. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
