A vibrant no bake galaxy chocolate bark dessert made with rich dark chocolate and colorful swirls of white chocolate.
- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 2 drops blue gel food coloring
- 2 drops purple gel food coloring
- 1 to 2 drops pink gel food coloring
- 1 teaspoon edible glitter or sprinkles
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Melt dark chocolate chips in 20 second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Spread melted dark chocolate into an even layer about 1/4 inch thick.
- Melt white chocolate chips and divide into three bowls.
- Tint each bowl with blue, purple, and pink gel food coloring.
- Spoon colored chocolate over dark base and swirl gently with a toothpick.
- Sprinkle edible glitter if using.
- Refrigerate 30 to 40 minutes until set.
- Break into pieces and serve.
