A refreshing frozen yogurt bark made with creamy Greek yogurt, juicy grapes, and a crisp dark chocolate drizzle, perfect for a light and satisfying sweet treat.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups full fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup seedless grapes, whole
  • ½ cup dark chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place it on a flat surface.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together the Greek yogurt and honey until smooth and evenly combined.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet in an even layer about ½ inch thick.
  4. Gently press the whole seedless grapes into the yogurt surface, spacing them evenly.
  5. Place the tray in the freezer for 2 hours or until completely firm.
  6. Remove from the freezer and drizzle the melted dark chocolate evenly over the frozen yogurt layer.
  7. Return to the freezer for 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
  8. Break into pieces and serve immediately, keeping leftovers stored in the freezer.

Notes

  • Pat grapes dry thoroughly before adding to prevent ice crystals.
  • Use thick full fat Greek yogurt for the creamiest texture.
  • Store bark pieces in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 1 week.
