A refreshing and naturally sweet frozen sorbet made from cotton candy grapes, blended until smooth with a splash of lemon for brightness. Light, fruity, and perfectly scoopable without an ice cream maker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups cotton candy grapes, washed and frozen solid
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, optional
  • 2 to 4 tablespoons cold water, as needed

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread grapes in a single layer.
  2. Freeze for at least 3 hours or until completely solid.
  3. Add frozen grapes to a high powered blender or food processor.
  4. Add lemon juice and optional honey or maple syrup.
  5. Blend, adding cold water one tablespoon at a time, until smooth and creamy.
  6. Taste and adjust sweetness or lemon if needed.
  7. Scoop and serve immediately for soft serve texture, or freeze for 1 to 2 hours for firmer scoops.

Notes

  • Freeze grapes fully solid for the best creamy texture.
  • Add liquid slowly to avoid a slushy consistency.
  • Let the sorbet sit at room temperature for 5 minutes before scooping if frozen firm.
  • Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
