Ultra thin, golden flatbread chips loaded with everything bagel seasoning. These crunchy, savory bites are baked until perfectly crisp and make an irresistible snack or appetizer for dipping and sharing.

  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup warm water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons everything bagel seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine all purpose flour and salt.
  3. Add olive oil and warm water. Stir until a dough forms.
  4. Transfer dough to a lightly floured surface and knead briefly until smooth.
  5. Roll the dough out as thin as possible into a large rectangle.
  6. Place the rolled dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
