A luxurious Dubai-inspired chocolate dessert burger made with soft chocolate brioche buns layered with silky pistachio cream, crispy toasted kataifi pastry, melted milk chocolate, and creamy vanilla ice cream. Rich, indulgent, and beautifully layered with contrasting textures.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 chocolate brioche buns
  • 1 cup pistachio cream
  • 1 cup kataifi pastry, finely shredded
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup milk chocolate, chopped
  • 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Toss kataifi pastry with melted butter until evenly coated.
  3. Spread kataifi in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crisp, then allow to cool completely.
  5. Slice chocolate brioche buns in half and warm them slightly.
  6. Melt chopped milk chocolate gently in a saucepan over low heat until smooth.
  7. Spread pistachio cream evenly over the bottom half of each bun.
  8. Add a layer of toasted kataifi pastry.
  9. Drizzle melted chocolate over the kataifi.
  10. Place one scoop of vanilla ice cream on top and drizzle additional chocolate.
  11. Top with the remaining bun half and lightly dust with powdered sugar.
  12. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Assemble just before serving to prevent the ice cream from melting too quickly.
  • Allow the kataifi to cool fully so it stays crisp inside the burger.
  • Use high quality chocolate for the smoothest melt and best flavor.
