A bold and creamy ramen upgrade that blends spicy buldak noodles with a silky egg enriched sauce, melted mozzarella, and sautéed garlic for the ultimate comfort bowl.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack buldak ramen noodles (including sauce packet)
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Bring a saucepan of water to a boil over medium high heat.
  2. Cook the buldak noodles according to package instructions, reserving 2 tablespoons of the cooking water before draining.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  4. Add the drained noodles to the skillet along with the buldak sauce packet, milk, and reserved noodle water. Toss well to coat evenly.
  5. Remove the skillet from heat and quickly stir in the beaten egg, mixing continuously to create a creamy sauce without scrambling.
  6. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and stir until fully melted and glossy.
  7. Sprinkle chopped green onions over the top and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Mix the egg off heat to prevent scrambling.
  • Add extra milk if the sauce becomes too thick.
  • Adjust spice level by using less of the sauce packet if preferred.
