Crunchy biscuit base topped with smooth dark chocolate and nutty pistachios, these no-bake bars deliver the perfect balance of snap and richness in every bite.

  • 2 cups crushed digestive biscuits
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 cups dark chocolate, melted
  • 3/4 cup chopped pistachios, divided
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed digestive biscuits, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Mix until evenly coated.
  3. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan to form an even base layer.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate gently in a microwave-safe bowl in short intervals, stirring between each until smooth.
  5. Stir in vanilla extract and half of the chopped pistachios into the melted chocolate.
  6. Pour the chocolate mixture over the biscuit base and spread evenly with a spatula.
  7. Sprinkle the remaining chopped pistachios evenly over the top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  9. Lift out using parchment paper and slice into 16 bars before serving.
