An elegant chocolate pistachio board featuring rich dark chocolate topped with crunchy pistachios and a light sprinkle of sea salt. Perfect for entertaining, gifting, or an easy make-ahead dessert.

  • 12 ounces dark chocolate (about 340 grams), chopped
  • 1 cup shelled pistachios (about 120 grams), whole or roughly chopped
  • 2 ounces white chocolate (about 55 grams), optional for drizzle
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt, optional

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Place dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl and melt gently over simmering water or in short microwave intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate onto the lined baking sheet and spread evenly into a rectangle about 1/4 inch thick.
  4. Sprinkle pistachios evenly over the surface and gently press them into the chocolate.
  5. If using, melt the white chocolate and drizzle lightly over the top.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt evenly if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes until fully set.
  8. Remove from refrigerator and let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  9. Break into rustic pieces and arrange on a serving board.

  • Do not overheat the chocolate to avoid seizing.
