A rich and creamy chocolate cottage cheese mousse blended until silky smooth, naturally sweetened and inspired by Nutella style flavor.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups (340 g) cottage cheese
  • 3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons hazelnut butter
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 to 3 tablespoons milk, as needed

Instructions

  1. Add cottage cheese, cocoa powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, hazelnut butter, salt, and 2 tablespoons milk to a blender or food processor.
  2. Blend on medium speed until completely smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Continue blending for 1 to 2 minutes to ensure a silky texture. Add an additional tablespoon of milk if needed for desired consistency.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness if desired.
  5. Spoon into bowls or jars and chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Use full fat cottage cheese for the creamiest texture.
  • Blend thoroughly to remove any graininess.
