Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
  • 3 cups broccoli florets, lightly steamed
  • 1 can (300 grams) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups dry stuffing mix
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  2. In a bowl, mix cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly grease a 9 by 13 inch baking dish.
  4. Spread chicken and broccoli evenly in the dish. Pour creamy mixture over the top and sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese.
  5. Combine stuffing mix with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over the casserole.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes until hot and golden.
  7. Let rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
