Ingredients

  • 8 ounces brie cheese, one small wheel
  • 6 ounces cheddar cheese, sliced
  • 6 ounces gouda cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup whole strawberries, washed and dried
  • 1 cup red grapes in small clusters
  • 1 cup green grapes in small clusters
  • 1 large apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup mixed nuts
  • 1/4 cup honey

Instructions

  1. Wash and thoroughly dry all fruit.
  2. Slice the apple thinly just before assembling to maintain freshness.
  3. Place the brie wheel, sliced cheddar, and cubed gouda spaced evenly around a large serving board.
  4. Fill in the empty spaces with strawberries, red grapes, green grapes, apple slices, and blueberries.
  5. Transfer mixed nuts into a small bowl and place on the board.
  6. Pour honey into a small bowl and place on the board for drizzling.
  7. Adjust spacing for a balanced look and serve immediately.
