Crisp toast cups filled with a creamy honey vanilla mixture and topped with warm caramelized bananas. These no bake banana toast cups are sweet, cozy, and perfect for breakfast or dessert.

  • 6 slices soft sandwich bread, crusts removed and pressed into muffin tin
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 medium ripe bananas, sliced evenly
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Press each slice of bread into a lightly greased muffin tin cavity to form cup shapes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a small skillet over medium heat, melt butter.
  4. Add banana slices to the skillet, sprinkle with brown sugar and cinnamon, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.
  5. Remove bananas from heat and allow to cool slightly.
  6. Spoon the creamy filling into each toast cup.
  7. Top each cup with caramelized banana slices.
  8. Serve immediately for best texture.
