Creamy, cheesy buffalo chicken dip with bold tangy heat, baked until bubbly and perfect for parties or game day gatherings.

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and lightly grease an 8 by 8 inch baking dish.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, half of the cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and garlic powder. Mix until smooth.
  3. Spread mixture evenly into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  5. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until hot and bubbly.
  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
  7. Serve warm.
