  • 150 grams cottage cheese
  • 1 large ripe avocado, sliced
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil (optional)

Instructions

  1. Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown and crisp.
  2. In a small bowl, season the cottage cheese with a pinch of salt and black pepper. Stir gently to combine.
  3. Place the toasted bread on a plate.
  4. Spread the seasoned cottage cheese evenly over each slice of toast.
  5. Layer the sliced avocado neatly on top of the cottage cheese.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining salt, black pepper, and red chili flakes over the avocado.
  7. Drizzle lightly with olive oil if desired.
