A soothing herbal infusion made with fresh apple slices and dried goji berries, gently simmered to create a naturally sweet and comforting tea.

Ingredients

  • 1 medium fresh apple, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Bring 3 cups of water to a gentle boil in a small pot.
  2. Add the sliced apple and rinsed goji berries.
  3. Reduce heat to low and cover the pot.
  4. Simmer gently for 15 minutes.
  5. Turn off heat and let steep for 5 minutes.
  6. Stir in honey if desired and serve warm.

Notes

  • Use thin apple slices for better flavor infusion.
  • Add ginger or cinnamon for extra warmth.
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
