Naturally sweet Medjool dates stuffed with creamy almond butter and finished with a sprinkle of flaky sea salt. A quick, no bake sweet and salty snack that feels indulgent yet wholesome.

  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon flaky sea salt

Instructions

  1. If not already pitted, slice each Medjool date lengthwise and remove the pit.
  2. Gently open each date and arrange them on a serving plate.
  3. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of almond butter into the center of each date.
  4. Lightly press the sides together so the filling sits snugly inside.
  5. Sprinkle a small pinch of flaky sea salt over each stuffed date.
  6. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for a firmer texture.
