  • 500 grams pizza dough
  • 240 milliliters pizza sauce
  • 200 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 100 grams pepperoni slices
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 50 grams parmesan cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 190 degrees Celsius.
  2. Mix pizza sauce with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Roll out pizza dough and cut into small squares.
  4. Add sauce, mozzarella, and pepperoni onto each piece and seal tightly.
  5. Brush lightly with beaten egg and olive oil.
  6. Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Sprinkle parmesan on top and serve hot.
