An incredibly easy giant skillet cookie made with just three simple ingredients, baked until golden on the edges and soft and gooey in the center with melted chocolate in every bite.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease a 9 inch cast iron skillet or oven safe pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together creamy peanut butter and granulated sugar until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Fold in the semi sweet chocolate chips evenly.
  4. Press the dough evenly into the prepared skillet and smooth the top.
  5. Bake for 18 to 22 minutes, until the edges are golden and the center is just set but still soft.
  6. Remove from the oven and let rest for 10 minutes to allow it to set slightly.
  7. Slice into 8 wedges and serve warm.

Notes

  • Do not overbake to keep the center gooey.
  • Let the cookie rest before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Use room temperature peanut butter for easier mixing.
  • Warm leftovers briefly for a fresh baked texture.
