Rich and fudgy hazelnut cocoa cookies made with just three simple ingredients. These flourless chocolate cookies are soft in the center, slightly crisp on the edges, and incredibly easy to make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups hazelnut flour (200 grams)
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder (25 grams)
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk (300 grams)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine hazelnut flour and cocoa powder until evenly mixed.
  3. Add sweetened condensed milk and stir until a thick dough forms.
  4. Scoop tablespoon sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
  5. Gently flatten each portion slightly with your fingers or the back of a spoon.
  6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the tops look set and slightly crackled.
  7. Remove from the oven and allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 to 10 minutes before transferring.
  8. Let cool completely before serving for best texture.

Notes

  • Use finely ground hazelnut flour for a smoother texture.
  • Do not overbake to maintain a soft and fudgy center.
  • If dough feels sticky, chill for 15 minutes before shaping.
