Soft and rich 3-Ingredient Biscoff Spread Cookies made with cookie butter, egg, and flour. Lightly crisp at the edges with a tender caramel flavored center, these easy cookies come together in minutes.

  • 1 cup Biscoff spread, smooth
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup all purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine Biscoff spread, egg, and all purpose flour until a smooth dough forms.
  3. Scoop tablespoon sized portions of dough and place onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing slightly apart.
  4. Gently flatten each portion with the back of a spoon.
  5. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, until edges are lightly golden and tops are set.
  6. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
  7. Serve warm or at room temperature.

Notes
