Whipped Strawberry Milk Foam

A creamy and refreshing whipped strawberry milk foam with fluffy pink strawberry cream layered over cold milk.
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, cold
- 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
- 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup whole milk, chilled
- 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)
- Chill a mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
- Add heavy cream, strawberry syrup, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into the chilled bowl.
- Whip the mixture using a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form.
- Place ice cubes into a tall glass if making the iced version.
- Pour chilled whole milk into the glass.
- Gently spoon the whipped strawberry foam on top of the milk.
- Serve immediately and stir gently before sipping.
Notes
- Do not over whip the cream or it may become too stiff
- Adjust strawberry syrup for desired sweetness
- Best enjoyed fresh for the fluffiest texture
