A creamy and refreshing whipped strawberry milk foam with fluffy pink strawberry cream layered over cold milk.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, cold
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry syrup
  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whole milk, chilled
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Chill a mixing bowl in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
  2. Add heavy cream, strawberry syrup, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract into the chilled bowl.
  3. Whip the mixture using a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form.
  4. Place ice cubes into a tall glass if making the iced version.
  5. Pour chilled whole milk into the glass.
  6. Gently spoon the whipped strawberry foam on top of the milk.
  7. Serve immediately and stir gently before sipping.

Notes

  • Do not over whip the cream or it may become too stiff
  • Adjust strawberry syrup for desired sweetness
  • Best enjoyed fresh for the fluffiest texture
