A cozy, creamy warm drink made with milk, apple juice, and gentle spices, perfect for chilly days and quiet evenings.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cinnamon sticks

Instructions

  1. Place a medium saucepan on the stove over low heat.
  2. Add the milk, apple juice, honey, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and vanilla extract to the saucepan.
  3. Add the cinnamon sticks and whisk gently to combine all ingredients.
  4. Warm the mixture over low heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until steaming but not boiling.
  5. Remove from heat and whisk once more for a smooth texture.
  6. Pour into mugs and serve warm with a cinnamon stick in each cup.
