Ingredients

  • Flour Tortillas: 4 medium
  • Pizza Sauce: 1/2 cup
  • Mozzarella Cheese (shredded): 1 1/2 cups (170g)
  • Olive Oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Italian Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
  • Toppings of Choice: about 1 cup (veggies, cooked meats, or herbs)

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C) with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Brush one side of each tortilla with olive oil. Spread pizza sauce on the un-oiled side.
