  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 3 tablespoons powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat Your Equipment: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. Combine Ingredients: Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy. Add egg, vanilla, and sweet potato. Mix in dry ingredients until just combined.
