Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and chopped
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 1 tablespoon honey, optional
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, stir together Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Using a spoon or small scoop, portion small clusters onto the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Freeze clusters for at least 2 hours or until firm.
  6. Carefully remove clusters from the tray and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
  7. Serve directly from the freezer for a refreshing snack.

Notes

  • Use ripe strawberries for the best flavor and sweetness.
  • Freeze on a lined tray first to prevent clusters from sticking together.
  • Slightly thaw for a softer bite or serve fully frozen for firmer clusters.
