A fresh and creamy layered yogurt parfait made with sweet strawberries, crunchy granola, and lightly sweetened Greek yogurt, perfect for a quick nourishing breakfast.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
  2. Place a layer of the sweetened yogurt at the bottom of a clear glass or jar.
  3. Add a layer of sliced fresh strawberries over the yogurt.
  4. Sprinkle a layer of granola on top of the strawberries.
  5. Repeat the layers of yogurt, strawberries, and granola until the glass is filled.
  6. Finish with extra strawberry slices and a sprinkle of chia seeds on top.
  7. Serve immediately for best texture.

Notes

  • Pat strawberries dry after washing to prevent watery layers.
  • Add granola just before serving to keep it crunchy.
  • Adjust sweetness based on the ripeness of your strawberries.
