These Sticky Bun Bites deliver everything you love about traditional sticky buns—gooey, cinnamon-swirled centers, buttery brown sugar glaze, and toasted pecans—in a convenient, poppable size.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can (8 oz) Refrigerated Crescent Roll Dough
  • 3 tablespoons Unsalted Butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup Brown Sugar, packed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup Chopped Pecans
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Pinch of Salt
  • Cooking Spray or Butter for greasing

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or butter.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt until well combined.
  3. Lay out the crescent roll dough on a lightly floured surface and press seams together to form a single sheet.
  4. Spread the cinnamon-sugar mixture evenly across the dough and sprinkle chopped pecans over the top. Roll the dough tightly from the long edge to form a log. Slice into 12 even rounds.
  5. Place each piece cut-side up into the muffin tin. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
  6. Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan. Run a knife around the edges to release.
  7. Serve warm with optional drizzle of icing or extra nuts.

Notes

  • Chill dough slightly before slicing for cleaner cuts.
  • Don’t overfill with sugar to avoid burning.
  • Reheat leftovers for 10 seconds in the microwave to restore gooey texture.
