  • 2 large romaine lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices rustic or sourdough bread
  • Butter (optional, for toasting)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mayonnaise, sriracha, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
  2. Butter and toast the bread slices until golden and crisp.
  3. Layer one slice with lettuce, spicy mayo chicken, and avocado slices. Top with another slice of bread.
  4. For a melty version, press the sandwich in a skillet for 1–2 minutes per side.
